Thompson Gamblers Anonymous at TEEG

Stop Gambling! In an effort to encourage recovery and success for ALL individuals looking stop gambling, TEEG is proud to serve as a Gamblers Anonymous (GA) host site.

Gamblers Anonymous is a fellowship of men and women to share their experiences, strength and hope that they may solve their common problem and help others to recover from problem gambling.

With the expansion of local casinos and access to additional different forms of gambling, it is essential that community supports be available for those who need them. At TEEG, awareness is our first priority. We are reaching out to the community through GA to encourage those who may be struggling with the hardships that gambling causes and help them to get back on their feet.

The only requirement for membership in GA is a desire to stop gambling. There are no dues or fees for members and it is self-supporting through voluntary contributions. Gamblers Anonymous is not allied with any sect, denomination, political group, organization or institution, and does not engage in any controversy or endorse nor oppose any cause.

The Thompson Gamblers Anonymous Group at TEEG is open to all compulsive gamblers or those who feel they may have a problem and have a desire to stop gambling. Group size is not limited, however average groups are between 8 to 15 people per week. GA meetings are held every Monday evening, including holidays.
