TEEG is a human services organization that lends aid and support to families living in the communities of Northeast Connecticut. Starting out in the small mill village of North Grosvenordale, TEEG’s reach has expanded to serve neighboring communities in the Quiet Corner.
TEEG has a continued commitment to provide programs that benefit all aspects of our community. Over the years, our focus has changed from a "hand-out" to a "hand-up" approach fostering individuals’ collective abilities to reach out and help each other.

Since it's creation in 1987 by a group of concerned citizens, local government and clergy, TEEG has grown to become an integral part of communities we serve.Last year, TEEG provided service to 2,405 unduplicated individuals and 976 unduplicated families.
